iH8Sn0w ผู้พัฒนาโปรแกรมสำหรับการเจลเบรคที่ชื่อ Sn0wbreeze ซึ่งเป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับสร้าง Custom Firmware ที่ทำหน้าที่คล้ายๆกับ Pwnagetool ในแมค วันนี้ได้มีการอัปเดตเพื่อรองรับ iOS 4.1 สำหรับทุกๆอุปกรณ์ หากว่าทำใดยังไม่ทราบว่าสร้าง Custom Firmware เพื่ออะไร? ประโยชน์คือเพื่อใช้อัปเดต iOS เวอร์ชันโดยที่รักษา Modem firmware (Baseband) เอาไว้เพื่อที่จะปลดล็อคด้วย Ultrasn0w ได้

สำหรับ Sn0wbreeze 2.1 นี้จะรองรับการเจลเบรคสำหรับอุปกรณ์ดังต่อไปนี้

  • iPhone 4  iOS 4.1
  • iPhone 3GS (new และ old bootrom)  iOS 4.1
  • iPhone 3G
  • iPhone 2G  iOS 3.x.x
  • iPad  iOS 3.2.2
