หลักฐานชิ้นล่าสุดที่ได้มานั่นก็คือชิ้นส่วนหน้าจอที่คาดว่าน่าจะเป็นของ iPod Touch 4G โดยครั้งนี้ Smartphonemedia ได้นำมาเปรียบเทียบกับหน้าจอของ iPod Touch 3G และ iPhone 4 ซึ่งพบว่า iPod Touch รุ่นต่อไปนั้นความยาวของหน้าจอจะเพิ่มขึ้นและตัวเครื่องนั้นจะบางลง คงจะคล้ายๆกับ iPhone 4 ในปัจจุบัน
ส่วนเรื่องของ CPU นั้นยังไม่มีข่าวว่าจะเป็นตัวไหนแต่แน่นอนว่าจะต้องเร็วขึ้นอย่างแน่นอนและสีของหน้าจอ iPhone 4 นั้นออกจะเข้มกว่า iPod Touch 4G ซึ่งยังไมท่แน่ใจเช่นกันว่าต่อไปนั้นไอทัชจะใช้หน้าจอที่เป็น retina Display ด้วยไหม แต่สิ่งที่แน่นอนนั่นคือรูด้านหน้านั่นบ่งบอกให้เห็นว่า iPod Touch 4G นั้นจะมีกล้องหน้าทั้งนี่เพื่อรองรับฟังก์ชัน FaceTime อย่างแน่นอน

One other thing is always that individual states have their particular laws which affect homeowners, which makes it very difficult for the Congress to come up with a fresh set of guidelines concerning foreclosures on homeowners. The problem is that every state has own legal guidelines which may work in an unwanted manner with regards to foreclosure procedures.
