แก้ปัญหา iMessage activate ไม่ได้หลังอัปเดต iOS 7

วานนี้ได้แชร์ปัญหาเรื่องค้นหาความจริงของปัญหา WiFi เป็นสีเทาใช้การไม่ได้พร้อมทางแก้ไข ไปแล้วและมีอีกหนึ่งปัญหาที่เจอกับหลายๆ คนนั้่นคือ iMessage ที่พบว่าไม่สามารถ activate ใช้งานได้ ตอนนี้ทาง Apple ได้ประกาศออกมาว่าจะมีการแก้ไขใน Software Update เวอร์ชันถัดไป

We are aware of an issue that affects a fraction of a percent of our iMessage users, and we will have a fix available in an upcoming software update. In the meantime, we encourage any users having problems to reference our troubleshooting documents or contact AppleCare to help resolve their issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes impacted users.

ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับข่าวที่ว่า Apple เตรียมปล่อย iOS 7.0.3 สัปดาห์หน้า จากนั้นค่อยมาดูกันว่าจะสามารถแก้ไขป้ญหาได้หรือเปล่า

การแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นหาใช้การ iMessage ไม่ได้

1. ไปที่ Settings> Messages> iMessage เลือกให้เป็น Off
2. จากนั้นไปที่ Settings> General> Reset> Reset network settings
3. แล้วลองเปิด iMessage ใช้งานอีกครั้ง

ลองเอาเทคนิคนี้ไปใช้งานดูนะครับหากไม่หายจริงๆ ก็แนะนำให้ Shift+Restore แล้ว Setup as new iPhone น่าจะเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางออก
