iPhone 3GS ล๊อตใหม่ Jailbreak ไม่ได้จริงหรือ?
เกมส์หนูไล่จับแมวเริ่มขึ้นอีกแล้วระหว่าง Apple และ Dev Team หลังจากที่หลายท่านได้ทราบข่าวว่า iPhone 3GS ที่ออกมาใหม่ที่บอกว่าทาง Apple ได้เปลี่ยน iBoot เวอร์ชันจาก 359.3 เป็น 359.3.2 ที่จะส่งผลให้่ไม่สามารถ Jailbreak iPhone 3GS ได้นั้น เรามาดูกันว่าเป็นอย่างไรสำหรับข่าวนี้ครับ
เดิมทีที่ผ่านมาเครื่อง iPhone ที่เราๆใ้่ช้กันอยู่ที่มันสามารถ Jailbreak ได้นั้น เพราะมันมีช่ิองโหว่หรือว่ารอยรั่วที่ชื่อว่า “24Kpwn” ซึ่งส่งผลให้เป็นทางสำหรับการที่แฮ็คเกอร์จะสามารถ Jailbreak เครื่องได้่ ดังนั้น Apple จึงออก iBoot 359.3.2 เพื่อปิดช่องโหว่้จุดนี้ จึงมีข่าวว่า iPhone 3GS ล็อตใหม่ๆที่จะออกมาจะเป็น iBoot 359.3.2 จะไม่สามารถ Jailbreak ได้
วันนี้เอง Eric McDonald หนึ่งสมาชิกใน Dev team ได้ให่สัมภาษณ์ทางโทรศัพท์กับทาง Wired เกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ว่า “there is no much to fear because even on these “new iPhone 3GS” will be able to run the Jailbreak.” คือไม่ต้องห่วงเรื่องว่า iPhone 3GS จะ Jailbreak ไม่ได้ นั่นก็แสดงว่ามัน Jailbreak นั่นเอง
หากลองอ่านจากข่าวสรุปออกมาได้ว่า iPhone 3GS นั้นสามารถ Jailbreak ได้ แต่มันจะติดปัญหาตอนบูตเครื่อง แยกเป็น 2 กรณี
- Tethered Jailbreak: ถ้าเราปิดเครื่องหรือว่าเครื่องปิดเพราะว่าแบตหมด หากจะเปิดเครื่องไำด้นั้นจะต้องต่อกับคอมพิวเตอร์ก่อน
- Untethered Jailbreak: ถ้าเครื่องดับหรือเราปิด เวลาที่เปิดเครื่องก็จะเปิดแบบธรรมดา (เหมือนเครื่องทั่วไปตอนนี้)
สรุปก็คือ Apple ไม่ได้บล๊อคการ Jailbreak เพียงแต่แก้ไขช่องโหว่ 24Kpwn เพื่อป้องกันการ Boot เครื่องเท่านั้นเอง เราก็หวังว่าทาง Dev team จะพบช่องโหว่จุดใหม่เพื่อหาทาง Jailbreak ให้เราๆได้ใช้งานอย่างสะดวกนะครับ
