ภาพหลุดจากอินเทอร์เน็ตจากผู้ใช้ไอโฟนคนนึงจาก ฟอรัมของ apfeltak ซึ่งสังเกตุเห็นความผิดปกติของกล่องไอโฟนที่เขาได้รับ เดิมที่เขาสั่งซื้อ iPhone 3G ไป แต่กล่องที่บรรจุมานั้นระบบุตามรูปว่าเป็น iPhone 3GS ขนาด 8GB ซึ่งความเป็นไปได้คือ
แอปเปิ้ลอาจจะขาย iPhone 3G หมดแ้ล้ว หรือไม่อีกอย่างที่เป็นไปได้คือ แอปเปิ้ลอาจจะขาย iPhone 3GS รุ่น 8GB มาก่อนแต่ว่าเราไม่ทราบข่าว
อาจจะคาดการณ์ได้ว่า iPhone 3GS รุ่น 8GB อาจจะถูกประกาศขายแทนที่ iPhone 3G รุ่น 8GB ที่มีอยู่ปัจจุบัน ในวันที่ 26 มกราคม 2553 ที่จะถึงนี้ก็เป็นได้
ซึ่งตอนนี้เองแอปเปิ้ลถูก Android รุกค่อนข้างหนักเหมือนกัน ดังนั้น iPhone 3GS รุ่น 8GB ก็เป็นตัวเลือกหนึ่งที่ดี เพราะว่าราคาก็อาจจะถูกลงทำให้ลูกค้าที่ต้องการใช้งานไอโฟนแต่ว่าทุนไม่เพียงพอขนาดขั้นซื้อรุ่น 16GB 32GB ได้

แต่ก้อเป็นไปได้ที่จะเข้ามาแทน 3G ธรรมดา เนื่องจาก
sooner or later เค้าต้อง stop production line ของ 3G
แล้วมาเข้า line ผลิตเดียวกันกับ 3GS
นั่นแหละครับ อาจจะมาจากการสร้างข่าวหรือว่าของจริงก็ได้ใครจะรู้ ไงก็ต้องรอติดตามนะครับ
