วิธีแก้ You cannot authorize more than 5 computers
การ Authorize Computer หมายถึงการอนุญาตให้คอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องนั้นๆสามารถจัดการ iPhone หรือ iTouch ของเราได้ เช่น หากเราต้องการจะซิงก์โปรแอปพลิเคชัน, เพลงหรือรูปอะไรต่างๆก็แล้วแต่ จากคอมลงที่ iPhone นั้นจำเป็นต้องมีการ Authorize Computer เครื่องนั้นก่อนถึงจะสามารถทำได้ การ Authorize Computer นั้นจำเป็นจะต้องมี Apple ID ก่อน และมีข้อจำกัดอยู่ว่าเราสามารถที่จะอนุญาตให้คอมพิวเตอร์เพียง 5 เครื่องเท่านั้นที่สามารถจัดการ iPhone ของเราได้
ปัญหาที่เกิดต่อมาคือเราสามารถเช็คจำนวนได้ว่าเรา Authorize ไปกี่เครื่องแล้ว เช่น รู้ว่าอนุญาตไป 4 เครื่อง(เช็คได้ที่ Account ผ่านโปรแกรม iTunes)
แต่ 4 เครื่องนั้นเราไม่รู้ว่าเครื่องใครบ้าง แล้วก็เหลืออีกเพียงเครื่องเดียวเท่านั้นที่จะอนุญาตได้ แล้วในกรณีที่มันเต็ม 5 เครื่องแล้วเราจำทำอย่างไรดี กรณีที่เราต้องการใช้เครื่องใหม่มาจัดการ iPhone ของเรา
ก่อนอื่นเมื่อเราอนุญาตเกิน 5 เครื่องระบบจะแจ้งว่า
วิธีการแก้ไขก็คือการ Deauthorize All คือการลบทั้ง 5 เครื่องนั้นออกให้หมดเลยครับมีวิธีการดังนี้ครับ
เปิด iTunes ขึ้นมาแล้วล็อคอินเข้า iTunes Store ด้วย Apple ID
จากนั้นที่มุมบนขวาสุดจะมี Email อยู่ให้ใช้เม้าชี้ไปที่หลัง Email นั้นชี้ตรงที่เป็นลูกศรสามเหลี่ยม(ตามหมายเลข 1) จะปรากฎแทบ Account ขึ้นมา ให้เลือกที่ Account จากนั้นจะพบหน้าต่าง Apple Account Information
ส่วนหมายเลขที่ 2 นั่นเป็นจำนวนคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เรา Authorize ไปแล้ว ถ้าครบ 5 จะมีปุ่ม Deauthorize All อยู่ด้วยตามบรรทัดตำแหน่งหมายเลข 2 นั่น แหละครับ
ถ้าต้องการ Deautorize All ก็กดได้เลยเครื่องทั้ง 5 ก็จะหายไป
แล้วระบบจะบอกว่าเครื่องทั้งหมดได้ถูกยกเลิกแล้ว
เท่านี้ต่อไปเราก็สามารถที่จะ Authorize Computer ได้แล้วครับ
